Leaking taps Cylinder overflow try Garage gutter and spouting The gully trap requires clearing, this needs to be clear to prevent the drain blocking. All vegetation should be kept away from the gully trap and the lid needs to be kept in place. Header tank requires lid and bracing Securing is required to the taps in bathroom

Drain stack and downpipe replacement

Agricultural barn (with toilet) - requires a replacement of the current drain stack, modification of stormwater drainpipe, and some finishing. Located on black rock road in Te ore ore. (1) Stack vent needs to be reduced in height (this is currently a 2m free standing pipe which doesn't meet compliance). See photo. I need quotes as part of a larger piece of renovation on my property. I have one shower that needs replacing with a new cubicle and an old bath that needs replacing with a shower unit. Both showers will have to have new gib installed. I also need the bathroom units replacing in both shower rooms.

Damaged subfloor

Sink and dishwasher are adjacent to each other. Floor in between dips and is bouncy. Think there maybe a slow leak. Wall beside shower appears dry but crumbled in corner. Toilet cracked needs replaced.

Water pipe leaking mstn

trying to find a leak between the toby and the incoming waterline to the house (about 20 meter distance) no clear signs of leak on the surface. I can hear a resonating sound and all water taps are off.

Install sink and toilet (already plumbed) before 24 dec

New studio located at 392 black rock road, te ore ore, masterton. Plumbing is in. Toilet and small hand basin to be installed, plus attach water pipe (main pipe from tanks is located close to connector to studio). Toilet, sink and fittings are onsite. Window for completion is Wednesday 19th and 24th December.

HWS Upgrade

I'm upgrading the hot water system while renovating the kitchen. The existing 135L low pressure cylinder to be replaced with a mains pressure cylinder. I have a new Rheem --- L mains pressure cylinder, RMC COMBO75H valve set, Aqualine CT540 cylinder tray and twin-strap seismic restraint kit. Move existing plumbing

Hi We are renovating a 1960s house and need bath and sink repositioned 90 degrees (within existing bathroom), also kitchen sink ditto-no change to either of the drain connections. We also need dishwasher installed, old HWC removed and new infinity gas heater installed, plus a gas station and gas stove. Also a sink installed in carport, about 10m from house. We cannot get into the house currently as it is tenanted, so I am looking for estimates. I will supply all hardware.

Plumb in a new bathroom waste

I have a new bathroom that is partially finished. I think the incoming water supply is hooked up to some parts, but all the waste needs to be hooked into the existing waste pipe. The pipe has been dug up and exposed, and I have all the fittings I was told I required.
