Drain stack and downpipe replacement

Agricultural barn (with toilet) - requires a replacement of the current drain stack, modification of stormwater drainpipe, and some finishing. Located on black rock road in Te ore ore. (1) Stack vent needs to be reduced in height (this is currently a 2m free standing pipe which doesn't meet compliance). See photo. Proposal is to reduce height to minimum by installing an Air Admittance valve to allow me to reduce the height of vent stack. The product I was looking to use the is the hydroflowmaxi-vent: but open to alternatives. --- (2) Downpipe: we have moved from two drainage pipes on the storm water to just one. For compliance, this needs to be increased in diameter. (3) There is a pipe extruding which is for future use in an additional sink. The pipe needs a cap. In terms of scheduling - would need to occur anytime in July.
