Quick to respond with quote and timeframe, and cost was as quoted. Job completed same day, but took twice as long as plumber brought wrong toilet and didn't tell me, even when arrived, I noticed box(original was out of stock) and had to travel to Napier. Would have preferred a heads-up and option to reschedule. I had to wee in the garden due to the delay. Also, wasn't asked whether I wanted white or clear sealant around the base, both of which should be confirmed with the customer

Great communication, and the job was completed quickly and to a good standard. However, we were disappointed when Otis attempted to invoice for more than the quote we accepted, without prior communication and despite the scope of work remaining unchanged, citing the job took longer than he anticipated. We would have used Otis again, if this had not been the case.
