Our kitchen drainage pipe keeps falling off underneath the house, which leaves the kitchen draining straight under the house. Pretty sure the whole setup may need redoing as likely a previous DIY job

Great communication, and the job was completed quickly and to a good standard. However, we were disappointed when Otis attempted to invoice for more than the quote we accepted, without prior communication and despite the scope of work remaining unchanged, citing the job took longer than he anticipated. We would have used Otis again, if this had not been the case.
