Skim Coating

We have removed wallpaper from out entrance way/stairwell, living room, dining room and 1 bedroom that now needs to be skim coated ready for us to paint. Most areas are relatively smooth already so should be pretty straight forward, but the bedroom is quite rough so will need more work. Not too sure on wall area as we have angled ceilings. We will have all our furniture moved out this weekend so job can be started next week (29 April)

Plastering wall repairs/ Install a door

I have quite a few odd holes in my walls and one major repair in the wall. Also a bedroom door to be installed using a drill for holes to insert door handles and things. Please can some one come and quote this job, needs doing before I move out next week Thurs 24 April 2014.

Plastering

We need to plaster the bathroom and the laundry. We used aqua gib and the hardie plaster in the bathroom. There is old gib which needs skimming in laundry. We will prefer it to be done this week if possible. Our plasterer just cancelled the job.

Interior plasterboard repairs post kitchen removal

My kitchen cabinetry and bench top is being replaced and I will need some wall plasterboard repairs. One part of the plasterboard has significant damage where splash back tiles were removed. It is approx 900mm wide x 500mm high and needs the damaged area cut out and new gib board fitted. There will be other small holes to patch where the electrician has cut access holes in the wall board to enable re-wiring/extra wiring. Lounge plastering and skimming

L shaped lounge room of approximately 25 square meters requires partial gib stopping and skimming for paint preparation. Has one section of new plaster board and two holes that'll need stopping. Rest should just need skimmed.

Just had a door taken out and the door frame replaced. Now need someone to gib stop around the door and frame for us so we can repaint. Plasterboard has been put up. Ideally would love someone to do it this week if possible

Jib, Plaster and Paint

I was clearing some old boxes out of the roof of our previous property and i slipped as i moved a large box, putting my foot through the ceiling, creating a large crack. Size is approx 50cm by 50cm.

Finish new build interior

House has been clad and roofed, will need to be insulated, gib, stopped, painted and tiling. Four bed, two living area house. Preferably before Christmas finish. All preline plumbing and electricity wiring done. Also exterior deck and retaining wall. Will have owners avalible for labour if needed too.

Plasterer needed

I have a small laundry that my partner tried to plaster -and frankly it's a bit of a disaster. A small bedroom (can fit a double bed) that needs a fair bit of plastering as I've just stripped the wallpaper, and a single bedroom that needs minor plastering. Looking at getting this done this month.
