Plaster/GIB

I require someone to plaster joins and prepare new gib'd walls and ceiling for painting (Size of a small garage). Ceiling is angled (follows the same line as the roof). A small storage room also needs gib'ing and plastering.

1. We have a ceiling panel about, 800x3000mm, that requires some edge plastering and then painting white. 2. We have 2 x outside cieling panels that need painting white. Pretty basic I would think. 3. I x inside door to be painted white.

Want to sell the house but Bathroom needs some attention I have a combined Toilet/ Bathroom (small Neil House) with a Shower over Bath...The formica shower surround is starting to lift and needs replacing. So we are expecting to replace the bath & shower fittings and get any rot damage repaired along with Gib replacement etc. Because this is most of the bathroom we are considering also replacing the Vanity & Toilet and decorate while we are at it so that basically means the complete Bathroom...

Looking for a handyman close to Whenuapai, West Auckland. Exterior fence post that has been driven into, needs wood plaster and paint. Interior wall that has been dented, needs plaster and paint. Interior wall that has had water damage from leaking roof (now fixed) nees attention. If this is done well, definate future work. Some building as I need a pergola built off front of the house to protect roof.
