Plastering - 3bdrm house - New Lynn

Hi there, We'll be removing the wall paper throughout our house and looking to have the walls replastered, as required, prior to painting. There are three double bedrooms, plus the lounge and dining that will need to be plastered. We're wanting to start this work the week of 9 June. Lounge ceiling crack repair

A persistent ceiling crack that has been repaired twice before, the last time being just 7 months ago. From what I now understand the crack needs to be dug out and widened before re-taping and plastering and (possibly) not doing this has been the cause of the previous repair failures.

Internal Plastering

Needing plastering done on lounge and 3 bedroom walls (2 x double, 1 x single) as well as plastering to cover up textured ceilings in same rooms. The lounge will also be having a beam installed (where holes are cut in gib in photo) so some plastering work is needed around that also. Damaged wall

Plaster has been removed from wall. The door had been taken off and was leaning against the wall. We didn't know there was a big ball of bluetack stuck to the back of the door so it pulled the plaster off the wall. The damage is 3.5 cm wide x 4 cm high. I want to know how much to repair and paint. I have an insurance claim in for this job but it may not be worth claiming on the insurance once I factor in paying the excess.

Plastering and painting for built door frame

Require plastering and painting for a door frame and door and painting as well. The door is currently minimally plastered and needs some work done with sanding and plastering to give the GIB Cove and gib a smooth finish. Then painting of the door, wall and cornices are required such that it matches the rest of the house.
