Skim coat for living room

Skim coat for living room and entrance alcove (not dining kitchen in photos). Living Room dimensions are roughly 4.7m x 5.4m x 2.6-3.4m (high), Entrance alcove is 1.5m x 1.7m x 2.9-3.2m high. We have removed wallpaper and sanded back. Some plastering has been done.
