Upgrading Bedrooms and Hallway (in stages)

We live in a 1960's bungalow 4 bedroom house and we need the bedrooms re gibbing, and pink bats added into each of the bedrooms, and then painted. We also need the hallway done up the same. This will be done in stages as the budget allows (probably 2 rooms at a time). We will then also look at the lounge eventually, just re gibbing, putting in pink bats and painting (no wallpaper involved). Skirting boards as well in all the rooms.
