Bathroom Skylight - Finish plastering and paint

Skylight is already installed and a first coat of plaster done. Job is to finish plastering of the skylight and paint the walls of the skylight and the bathroom ceiling as well. (Skylight shaft is approx 1m high, 1m wide at the bottom, 0.6m wide). Whole room size is about 3.5m x 1.9m.
