Exterior plaster and paint

Apartment block consisting of 4 separate buildings. We have removed some rotten decorative timber from the middle of the end of each building. as per pec attached. We need a quote to plaster and then paint to blend into the wall. The height is maybe 5-7m from the ground. Depending on the price we may do all at once or in stages, ie 1 building at a time. This is a body corp situation and we require 3 quotes.

House lot of plastering/painting prep

We have removed wall paper from our house and now need someone to come and plaster, sand and paint the wall. 3 bed rooms, a hallway, lounge Light fittings have also been changed and so some repair on the ceiling will need to be done too and a coat of paint.

Room plastering

Plaster a bedroom which has had wall paper removed. Room dimensions 2.75m * 3.55m. Height 2.4m. One door entry and two windows in room. Gib partially removed on one wall to get access to fix water leak. Will be reinstated. One sheet on ceiling cracked and needs replacing and plastering. Room a bit cluttered in photos but will be cleared out for work ! Also possibly looking at doing 4 other rooms in time, could maybe do another at same time ?

Entrance way & hall way re-plaster

i had a go at plastering 5 months ago and turns out Im not good at it. I plastered then sanded and have put a undercoat on it so far but my plastering job is not good The hallway in around 6m long and the entrance way is 1500mm on the begining of the hallway The walls are 2.4 H

Plaster cracked line ceiling ready for painting

Hi there, We are repainting the ceiling and wanted to fix a long crack (width of ceiling), approx 4m. We applied filler and then sanded. Put primer and issue is a line of 4mx2cm was still visible. We tried sanding again and paint is now cracking. We need a pro!

Internal plaster job at height.

A single small area, less than 1m square needs repair. Probably a day long job. In a stairwell, about 5m above floor. Clean, possibly cut back some existing plaster, replace plaster. Allow dry, sand and repaint. Artisan must be professional standard and be able to sign off their work.
