Skim coating walls for living room

Jib and plaster repair

I need a jib and plaster repair done. Wall was brittle from previous moisture. There is also a Jib join line that I would like plastered as well. Same wall. The hole is about 1.5 meters above the door frame. Ladder work required. The job would need to be completed and ready for painting by Thursday 8th May. Dust free sanding preferred.
