Deck staining + removal of slats and installation of wire

Hello! We've got a large deck (around 40m2) that needs staining. We have the stain (biosymph staindex) and a wool applicator, but are struggling to find the energy to get it done. It supposedly only needs one coat. We're also interested in replacing the tiny bits of wood on the railing with stock wire. We haven't purchased the wire, but have some in mind. Not sure if one handyman could do both things, or if we should treat these as two separate jobs. Thanks!
