Car paint chips and scratches

Hi, recently bought a 2nd hand subaru xv from a dealer. There were some scratches and chips around and the dealer gave me some touch up paint. I applied some but they don't look good. Would like someone to do a better job without respraying the entire thing, as I don't want to spend too much. Looking for a qoute. Thanks!
