Tidy a bathroom and toilet with fill skim, seal, and repaint

I want a quick re-paint to a bathroom and small toilet in a rental in Massey. Tenants have moved out and its pretty rumpty. Both rooms are standard sizes. I want all walls and ceilings painted. Can even supply paint. Most important is good preparation please. This will probably mean a reskim of some areas. Immediate start required. Mould and heavy scum present so needs a heavy clean before painting.
