Sanding, prepping and painting some interior areas

Hi - we are putting our house on the market in early March and running out of time to do everything ourselves! We don’t think we need any full walls painted but have some repair and paint areas … we’ve just closed up a chimney hole in the ceiling of our lounge (see photos) and need to sand back, prep and paint that area. We might need the entire ceiling painted. We also have a bit, abt 12 cm long, that needs to be repaired in a bedroom and a few other small touch up jobs. Ideally done early the week of 24 Feb.
