Urgent heat pump installation for standard size room.

Hi there, I need a heat pump and installed before the 15th of April , as it is for a baby who will be staying in the standard size room. i am after a small heat pump. House is a brand new house in Takanini, and already has an existing heat pump in the living room. From last week the cooling has drastically dropped for some reason and it does not flow out cold air even though it is setup to be on a low temperature and high fan mode.
