Heatpump Repair

I installed Haier Heat pump 13 months ago and it has been great. It is due for service but recently since last week the cooling has drastically become impacted and for some reason it does not throw cold air even though it is on a high mode. The outer unit air is much cooler and powerful than the internal unit so unsure what has happened. I need someone to come and service the units and fix this issue for me please. Would prefer quote first before proceeding with the job so that there are no disputes later. Thanks
