Midea heat pump repair

Heat pump repair job, the fault is with the outside unit. The heat pump works until it’s required to start cooling and the outside unit is supposed to kick-in - it doesn’t and then the heat pump shows error E01.

Heat Pump Repair - Mitsubishi Hi-Wall 3.2kW EcoCore AP Series

Hi, I bought this heatpump in January. After 4 months it started making a really disruptive clicking, relatively loud banging noise. It only makes the noise in the early hours of the morning so I've not been able to take a video of it to demonstrate. Essentially, it seems that when there's a temperature change and it has to do some heavy lifting to maintain the desired temperature, it starts making a loud clicking noise. The people who installed the pump aren't responding to my requests...

Moving heatpump

The builder put the heatpump right Infront of the stairs, and all the hot air goes to the upper level. I need the heatpump moved from one wall to another (as shown in the photo). that way it covers the whole living area. At the moment it is back to back installation, I guess moving it to the other wall will need an extra of 200 cm extension. Can the heatpump be installed over this big window?
