Heat Pump Repair - Mitsubishi Hi-Wall 3.2kW EcoCore AP Series

Hi, I bought this heatpump in January. After 4 months it started making a really disruptive clicking, relatively loud banging noise. It only makes the noise in the early hours of the morning so I've not been able to take a video of it to demonstrate. Essentially, it seems that when there's a temperature change and it has to do some heavy lifting to maintain the desired temperature, it starts making a loud clicking noise. The people who installed the pump aren't responding to my requests for a service. The pump is still under warranty. But, I'm tired of waiting for them to respond. Hopefully that's enough information to give a quote. Looking to get it fixed ideally toward the end of this week - Thursday ideally, if not then, Saturday. Model Number MSZ - AP25VG
