Haier heatpump gas leak

I installed a brand new haier heatpump about 15 months ago but appears like there is a gas leak somewhere. I contacted the same installer however now he is out of business so I would like to get a quote to fix it. I am a regular customer of builderscrack and I know there are many tradesmen out there specially in Heatpump industry trying to make quick $ either by charging a call out fee or just by refilling a gas without rectifying and fixing the leak properly as I have been ripped off by someone before couple of times to fix this issue. Please only accept this job if you are committed and trust your work (require warranty on your work). I prefer to get a quote to fix it so that there is no misunderstanding or surprisingly high bill than expected at the end. I would need a report to confirm if the unit is faulty as the unit is still under warranty but happy to pay for your time and report. Thank you
