Garden Trellis maintenance plus soffit wash to house soffits

Some of the trellis slats need renailing as they are separating & are loose. The trellisis are about 10 yrs old and most are still in good condition. The house soffits havnt had a wash ( they're not on bad condition) & the house is 12 yrs old.
