As per the photos, I have an internal cavity door that has come off the rollers, needing to be re-attached (if possible). Unfortunately, trying to unscrew & remove the timber packers was not straight-forward - seemingly fixed or stuck in place. Therefore, figure it best to ask a specialist rather than completely destroy the frame/trim!
