Cladding replacement and maintenance

The upper part of one side of the house (the front side as seen, above the veranda roof) needs the cladding to be replaced due to wear and tear. I am looking for it to be done with a similar cladding, the barge boards and possibly some flashings may also need to be replaced. This is the second storey and access would be from the large deck in front (see photos). There are some other boards on other parts of the house that are cupped and possibly need some maintenance as well.
