Tidy up/landscaping of large bushy section

We are preparing house for sale and need our large bushy section tidied up. Will involve clearing, trimming trees, weeding, adding mulch to gardens, some planting/relocating plants. Swanson - Garden maintenance

We have a rental property in Swanson. We currently have the lawns mown fortnightly or every 3 weeks depending on the season. 3-4 times a year we have the gardens maintained. This involves weeding and trimming. The area is small and we are not looking for perfection.
