Gardeneing - clean up over grown

There are 2 houses on the property and this is the work needed to be done. Treework, No.39-Remove Griselinea tree top of driveway and poison stump.-Prune all Ficus on fence.-Remove all Bamboo and poison stumps.-Ficus creeper on fence to be pruned back to fenceline and trimmed to top of fence.-Remove all Bamboo in rear corner of section and back of house.-Trim lower frons off Phoenix Palm-Tidy Cordyline tree.-Poison all Bamboo stumps.-Clear all creeper growing over retaining wall. No.39A-Prune back to boundary overhanging Griselinea trees.-Tidy Cabbage tree and remove all waste underneath.-Trim Creeper on step railings.-Remove Kara and Coprosma tree, Poison stumps.-Remove 4 rows of fronds from Phoenix Palm tree. Remove branch pile.-Prune overhanging trees from neighbours back to boundary line.-Remove Coprosma tree and poison stump. Remove fallen branches.-includes disposal.

Marcus did a great job on cleaning up the property. Always responded on builders crack and phone calls. We should have discussed schedule up front as a could of times this inconvenienced the tenants at my property. Despite this would happily use Marcus again / recommend him
