Lawns mowed at two properties

We have two houses next to each other that need their lawns mowed. The houses are currently on the market and need them to be mowed every couple of weeks until they sell. We need the grass clippings to be taken away from the site. We would need the first mow to be done tomorrow (Friday 10th of Jan).

It is mostly for weeding, tidying up garden waste and trimming bushes etc. There’s a very small patch of grass that needs mowed as well. Need to use a weed killer that is environmentally friendly as I have neighbours who moan about the toxins in weedkiller....
