Swanson - Garden maintenance

We have a rental property in Swanson. We currently have the lawns mown fortnightly or every 3 weeks depending on the season. 3-4 times a year we have the gardens maintained. This involves weeding and trimming. The area is small and we are not looking for perfection. If possible we would like to combine the regular mowing with the garden care maintenance to keep costs down. If you are interested I look forward to hearing from you.
