Replace damaged roller door

The last flood damaged our roller door, we'll need this one to be removed and replaced. It's 3.1m wide by about 3.3m tall, motorised, mounted into concrete block walls. There may be some demolition needed to wooden structures around it too, to get at the parts you'll need to remove.

Garage door frame misaligned – needs structural adjustment

Garage door frame has been pushed in by impact. The metal track and frame are no longer aligned and have pulled the wall slightly out of position. Looking for a builder to: - straighten and realign the garage door opening - secure the frame back into position - repair minor wall cracking around the fixing points Garage door company will install new door after this is fixed.

Auto Re-locking on Close

B&D Controller 4, sectional door. Emergency release cord disengages correctly, but the trolley auto-relocks at full close and then jams the next open. We have to pull the cord almost every time. I need the trolley/carriage replaced, please - or other solution.

Our garage door was blown off its tracks in the wind this spring and despite our best efforts, we haven't been able to fix it. My partner has since injured himself so isn't up to the task. We've managed to get the door back onto the tracks, but it no longer works with the electrics to roll the door up so we'd love to get it fixed and get some quotes on what that could cost. It's a pretty basic and old roller door system.

Tried to install a Chamberlain automatic door opener onto my existing garage door. Once installed, the door would go up, but not down, as it appeared the garage door was misaligned. I tried to realign the door, but the tension in the spring is now gone, and the door is loose and no longer works. Needs the tension put back in the spring.
