General handyman

NOT a Garage Door (this was only option i could select) Job is to: 1. Fit new door handles to existing door (external door to patio). Door has separate lock. The current door handle is secured by wood screws and is torn out . Need a bolt thru passage lock to replace it with (eg Slage Tasman Thea or similar).; and 2. Replace cistern flusher (eg with a FIX-A-LOO Hush Fill Cistern Inlet Valve, or similar; or with a replacement washer) as currently water continues to flow into bowl after flushing.
