Broken garage door

We have a standard garage door (on an old skyline? garage) probably 40+ years old, that has reached the end of its life, with many parts in behind that have rusted and worn or broken off. It gets stuck lifting it open but the biggest problem is keeping it shut. Can open in the wind or with pushing. Now has become a security problem. Would like a fix to keep the door working for the medium term. Thanks,

Provided the job as described. An early problem with door not looking properly in high winds was quickly addressed with a site visit and seems to be working fine now.
