Floor releveling

Hi I need to replace two of the foundation posts under my house as those seem to be rotted. When replacing, probably you may have to relevel the floor as well. Depends on your quotation I will think of replacing few more Posts to get the floor even. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks.

Full repile & relevelling

We're looking to do a full repile & relevelling of our old house - it's a two storey house with about 150m2 at ground level. We have the drawings/plans which have been submitted to the Council - I can't seem to upload them here yet. Clearance under the house in most places is pretty good - 450-600mm - but gets a bit tighter at the back of the house.

Extension of Concrete Foundation

Lifting End Of Slab

1950's house. One end of house mostly one corner lifts up in the winter and comes down in the summer due to clay expansion, is a floating slab. Believed to have fixed big part of problem that caused expansion in clay to begin (water run off). Looking to put in footings and lift slab slightly.

Re-pile

We have a 1925 railway cottage that is approximately 90 sqm and has been re-piled with concrete except for approximately 19 sqm at the rear of the house which still has original wooden piles and some concrete piles. Part of this 19 sqm is an addition of approximately 5.5 sqm that was built in 1996. This extension has only wooden piles but the floor is level here. Levelling out + building area with retaining wall

We have a nice grass area. At this stage we use it partially for car parking. We like to convert this into a stable campervan parking AND a spot were we can place a container. The area will be approx 6x10mtr. This need to be leveled with the driveway and retained with a retaining wall so it will stay like that. + we like to have an area prepared for placing a 20ft container Would love to have a quote asap. Replacement piles

1950 property with a varity of pile types underneath it. - I want to replace or add additional piles where the current pile is begining to show signs of rot out (2-3 No.). Raise the property to place water proofing between the piles and bearers (5 Piles). Considering localised releveling but am aware this action may lead to additional problems. Workspace height approx 350mm at lowest pile to 750mm highest

Chimney Repair

I had a chimney swept and they gave us the following feedback, On sweeping and inspection multiple cracks in the chimney were evident both internally and externally. Chimney is pulling away from the house at the foundation. Recommend foundation report or bricklayer view. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in these types of repairs who can visit and provide me with your recommendations as to what work it needs and a quote for this work, Thanks in advance

Concrete driveway.

My driveway job is back on. I am after a price for both plain and exposed agregate. There is quite a large area so it will be best to check it out. The area will need to be scraped level and soil taken away. I would need the concrete pumped from the road to the rear of my section. Please give me a call if you are interested. I would like the job done before Xmas.
