Concrete pad to support a spa pool on the side of my house.

Plain concrete pad, the soap pool dimensions are 2.0 x 2.0 x 8.2m and the salesman advised me to go an extra 2.5m x 2.5m extra to accommodate the stairs and cover lifter. Another contractor who was lined up for the job, but is unable to complete the job gave me the measurements of 2.3 x 3.9, 9m2 . The job is to include a compacted base course, boxing, steel mesh and cutting. I would like the concrete area to extend to the edge of the deck in a square box shape and I do have a watery back...

22m2 Sleep-out needs boxing & concrete

Hi I am looking for a builder/concrete layer to come and quote for boxing and concrete pouring for our small sleep-out in the backyard. We have building consent and is a owner build project. The sleep-out is 7.4m x 3m . The council will have to inspect the boxing and foundation before we can pour the concrete. Currently there is some boxing done, however we are not sure if is good enough or not.

Concrete flooring behind garage

Looking for approx 18m2 slab - 4.5m x 4m . Located behind garage, with 500mm pavers and hard fill underneath. Price and estimated installation required. Pavers would be lifted before work commenced, but hard fill may need to be removed if not suitable for foundation etc. Can supply photos of area on request.

House was built in 1960. Has wooden piling with concrete cinder block with extra support. Approximate three metres of the cinder block beneath the master bedroom window is now giving way, concaving inwards at a dramatic rate, causing major cracking and gaps in cinder block wall. We require urgent repairs asap.

Repiling for Papakura property.

I'm under contract to purchase a house and already know in advance that it will require repiling. I'd like to get an estimate of the cost of the repiling, with a view to engaging someone to carry out the repiling work, once the house is purchased. I need the person/company doing the estimate to liaise with the real estate agents for the vendor and would like to get the estimate as soon as possible.

Stabilise / relevel foundations

Pre 1900's bungalow - one end has shifted/sunk significantly, and it appears that the old totora piles have rotted from the tops of the concrete foundation blocks. Would like to stabilise and partially level that end of the house (I doubt it can be brought back to true with the budget we have, but would like to level things up at least a wee bit if that is feasible). House is on flat land, with sufficient room to crouch/crawl underneath.
