Concrete pad to support a spa pool on the side of my house.

Plain concrete pad, the soap pool dimensions are 2.0 x 2.0 x 8.2m and the salesman advised me to go an extra 2.5m x 2.5m extra to accommodate the stairs and cover lifter. Another contractor who was lined up for the job, but is unable to complete the job gave me the measurements of 2.3 x 3.9, 9m2 . The job is to include a compacted base course, boxing, steel mesh and cutting. I would like the concrete area to extend to the edge of the deck in a square box shape and I do have a watery back lawn in the winter time and I need to keep the shed that is opposite the site of the spa pool, the wooden plank in the mud is near the shed and anotherphotoshows the shed that needs to stay. Going by the figures from the other person I will still have room to open the shed door.. The spa pool is due to arrive at the end of August so I need the job completed urgently. Thanks. Contractors contacted me about doing my job earlier as they had a job that was cancelled and I was happy with that until i saw that the concrete pad was too short and after a bit of discussion, I found out that the job that they earlier in the week they would have lost the concrete and they agreed to come back and complete the job to the correct length, but I thought that the entire concrete pad would look the same, but no. Not entirely happy with the job.
