22m2 Sleep-out needs boxing & concrete

Hi I am looking for a builder/concrete layer to come and quote for boxing and concrete pouring for our small sleep-out in the backyard. We have building consent and is a owner build project. The sleep-out is 7.4m x 3m . The council will have to inspect the boxing and foundation before we can pour the concrete. Currently there is some boxing done, however we are not sure if is good enough or not.
