Full repile & relevelling

We're looking to do a full repile & relevelling of our old house - it's a two storey house with about 150m2 at ground level. We have the drawings/plans which have been submitted to the Council - I can't seem to upload them here yet. Clearance under the house in most places is pretty good - 450-600mm - but gets a bit tighter at the back of the house.

Karl Whitfield of Affordable Repilers abandoned the job after 4 weeks and $20k paid. He suddenly didn't show up or answer calls, and we haven't heard from him for over a month now. He hadn't purchased the materials as promised and he did minimal work while on site.It also turns out he wasn't licensed at the time so we couldn't have had the job signed off anyway. He promised us he'd finish the job and talked a big game about his ability, but it was all lies and we ended up getting screwed over.
