Our kitchen is an add on and has sunk in one corner. We are unsure if it’s the piling or the foundation beams. We’re not sure what has happened to that corner of the house for it to have sunk and would like someone to help us out so we know what we need to do with the foundation before we install a new kitchen.

Relevel kitchen floor.

The wooden floor in our kitchen is no longer level. We have looked outside and under the house. The ground looks like it may have subsided a bit. Some piles may need attention and it looks like the end of some perimeter joists may be rotten. We need someone to assess the work required and provide us with a quote plus a timeframe for the work.

Repiling of old railway cottage

We have an old railway cottage in Lower Hutt ( built approx 1910, 100m sq, Timber weather boards, frame and corrugated iron roof. not sure about the condition of the piles but the floors are not level and old ish job is cracked on the interior. Would love some quotes for a lift and repacking of the foundations.

Bearer Repair due to borer.

Replace/Repair/Reinforce borer compromised bearer. Access beneath property is nearby and prior owner had replaced a neighbouring bearer so working area is sufficient. Full bearer isn't compromised so flitching the bearer may be possible. Alllternate pile support may be required. Surveryors report is held to describe work (RealSure). Access is available anytime in the first week of October to view and quote against the actual work once inspected.
