Re-piling in naenae

We've had a builders report come back on a house we are looking to buy. the roof has about 4-6 high points (including the ends) which shows subsidence.

We have been told it needs to be repiled and would like to know how much it could cost to complete the work, when it could be completed, and how long the work would take to complete.

It's 2bdrm + lounge+ kitchen wide and is one of the old state houses single storey.

1950s home.
