Pricing job for a client. Client needs a foundation comprised of the following (already designed):
Piles:
- --- square H5 Timber Piles
- Length of pile above ground to be ~450mm
- Depth of pile into strip footing ~300mm
Strip Footing
- 25MPa concrete
- 500mm width and 400mm depth
- Length of strip footing to span bearer lengths (allow for at least 51m combined length of footing)
- 51m x 0.5m x 0.4m = ~10.2m3 (minimum volume of concrete)
- 2 HD12 bars- allow combined length of 102m for pricing
Bearer:
- 140 x 90 H3.2 SG8 Bearers
 Finished floor level taken at minimum 450mm above ground level.
 Standard bearer size (140 x 90 SG8) and pile spacings (1.65m max)
