Concrete foundation repair in lower hutt

Repair Quote. Subfloor Fixings

We are looking for a quote to address some remedial work with a subfloor / piles. We recently did a Building Report for the purchase/sale of a home. One issue was that the subfloor fixings are not securely attached. The house is a 100m2 brick townhouse ~1950's. Foundation/Platform for Outdoor Sauna in Petone

We are looking to get either a concrete slab or gravel pad foundation installed in one corner of our courtyard for an outdoor sauna, 1.9m x 1.7m. Most of the courtyard is already concreted, apart from a gap of about 30cm from the fence inwards, however the sauna is 500kg with no one inside so will require a thicker base that we can put it on, approximately 4-6 inches.

Repiling Quote to repair slope in house

Hi, we are busy doing due diligence on a house that we interested in procuring. We have completed a builders report. The report came back that the house is sloping. I would like to get a repiler to go out to the house, investigate what could be causign the slope and what estimate cost to repair. The house is situated in Normandale, Lower Hutt. Lifting old cottage up by 1-2m

We have an old cottage from around 1900 that is at risk from flooding as it is sitting too close to the ground, as is shown in the attached photos. Rather than moving to somewhere saver, we are wanting to find out whether it is possible to lift up the cottage. And if so, what work and cost is involved and what likely damages we can expect. Hopefully it avoids damage to the driveway that we've had put in only a couple of years ago. Many thanks Ron

House in uneven and foundation leaks

Our house is on dirt bank/concrete piles and we have noticed the floors are uneven. We suspect perhaps a concrete pile was removed during a previous owners renovation. On top of this, when it rains we have noticed small leaks in some cracks of the dirt bank foundation. We'd appreciate someone who knows what they are talking about to come round and see if there is any issue and if so quote it for how much it would cost to fix.
