Replacing Totara Piles

We have observed degradation to elements of some underfloor timbers and perimeter foundation concrete wall of our small 1940’s house. We would like to make basic repairs as the house is on the market. Hello, We have a consent job running where we are building an extension and need the following done: - Drill 9 piles 400mm diameter 4.0m deep. – Supply and stand 9 poles 150-175mm SED 4.9m long. - Supply and place 25MPa concrete to piles. -Supply and install 1 ABV micro pile up to 4.0m deep including 2 HD12 starter bars. A small section of our timber floor ( 4.5m l x 1.6m w) has fallen out of level, I suspect after a major renovation in 2016. One board has clear crack in it and some small sections have a noticeable incline. The house was replied with timber piles years ago before we bought and I suspect there were not enough new piles put in. House levelling

Recently horizontal cracks have appeared between interior walls and ceilings and the outside door is sticking. I had a main bearer repaired last year during bathroom renovation so maybe that could be part of the cause? The next door unit has recently had re-levelling work done.
