Partial repile and floor replacement

Our house has been partially repiled, looking to finish the job - under our kitchen and bathroom. We know the floors will need to be cut up - that's fine. Our house has an extension on concrete slab so contractor needs to know how to handle that. Prefer someone willing to quote with a range, before we have to pay for penotrometer test.
