Zak was great to deal with prior to the job starting & completed the job in good time to a good standard (yet to inspect personally due to being remote but tenant advises Zak has done a good job & maintained a tidy site throughout works). Recommend agreeing spec in detail before commencing job as couple of minor misunderstandings but that is partly our fault for not full specifying. Zak did have. our budget in mind to save money. Zak demanded payment immediately upon completion of job.

Brook was very easy to deal with. His communication was excellent, given that this was an outside job and affected by weather., and had several delays beyond his control. The site was left cleared and tidy. I am very satisfied with this job and will use Brook again when the need arises
