I'm moving back to a small property I own in Auckland, and am bringing two big dogs with me, so the front area needs to be fenced so they have the maximum amount of space. It's about containment not privacy, and the dogs need to be able to see through it as that helps stop the guard dog from barking. Fence with hidden gate

Had a fence built before Christmas which was not done to spec so needing it redone. Brief was fence that appeared solid but had a hidden gate. Pictures of what was done, and of the concept which I was after. Do not want it painted (will colour match and DIY), no fence capping etc. basic fence with hidden gate (reach over latch) and stepped pailings in line with slope of ground (not this wedge situation). Not in a hurry to have this done but some time in the next couple of months would be good.

Fence repair

I’m looking for a cost-effective way to repair my boundary fence. I plan to remove all the white fence panels on my property, as they contain asbestos, and replace them with fibre cement sheets. About 90% of the fence posts and rails on the right side of the house are in good condition. However, around 50% of the fence rails on the left side need to be replaced and reinforced. The total fence length is 85 meters—40 meters on the left and 45 meters on the right—with 58 panels in total.

Extra Fencing

We have two gates, one for people and one for cars and would like an additional set for a few feet from the original set to make double entry points for further security for our children and families. First photo is from the footpath. Adult standing inside the Preschool indicates where we would like the new gates erected, there will need to be fencing either side as well. Timber fencepost replacement #2

We have a wooden fencepost that is rotten at the base and needs replacement before it falls over and blocks our driveway. The post is set in concrete, and is helping to brace a low retaining wall. This job is more complex than it sounds and will require concrete-cutting and disassembling a section of the fence.

The BFT automatic gate opener and gate posts were poorly installed, and combined with years of ground movement, the track has complete came off the gear. The concrete base to the opener will like need to be replaced so to move the opener closer to the track, and pst needs to be reinstalled.

Repair leaning wooden fence

The fence between my house and my neighbour is leaning towards my house. The timber seems sound except the fence poles which have rotted. The area behind the fence has filled with fallen leaves and needs clearing. New fence posts required to hold fence vertical. Towards one end the fence timber has rotted - that part of the fence (3-4m) looks ready to be replaced. Neighbour on board with the project so no problem with access both sides.
