Fence repair

I’m looking for a cost-effective way to repair my boundary fence. I plan to remove all the white fence panels on my property, as they contain asbestos, and replace them with fibre cement sheets. About 90% of the fence posts and rails on the right side of the house are in good condition. However, around 50% of the fence rails on the left side need to be replaced and reinforced. The total fence length is 85 meters—40 meters on the left and 45 meters on the right—with 58 panels in total.
