Timber fencepost replacement #2

We have a wooden fencepost that is rotten at the base and needs replacement before it falls over and blocks our driveway. The post is set in concrete, and is helping to brace a low retaining wall. This job is more complex than it sounds and will require concrete-cutting and disassembling a section of the fence.
