I have a small job to cut a floor outside house . It's 3.2 m long and looking for 100mm c Width.
We have a 17m2 concrete roof which we would like to turn into more of an outdoor patio space. Looking to get a concrete overlay or some sort of resurface/finish applied to the current top to make it more attractive and also durable. Open to suggestions! Image taken from above looking down on roof.
Used to do this many moons ago and drilling - but require a block of concrete - the bottom steps of an old concrete stair at the back of house cut. I can remove rubble if needed. Just to update there are 4 x steps. 500 x 500 x 1000. so 0.125 cubic meters. Thanks
When the garage door (pictured) was installed, they removed the old hardware from sliding doors, leaving a hole in the side of the wall. The entrance is also very narrow as it is, so I am hoping a solution might be to cut it all back evenly to as far as it can go - double benefit in repairing the hole and slightly widening the entrance (my car has been the victim of this narrow gap already!) Keen to get a quote for this work, thanks in advance :)

We are looking for someone to lay a new exposed-aggregate front path along with some associated drainage work. This would involve: - breaking up and removing the existing concrete path, - installing 12m of grated channel drain (black polymer grating), - installing a new drainage pit next to the existing downpipe (pictured) and connecting the new channel drain to this via a pipe beneath the new concrete path, - 13.5m2 of concrete, exposed-aggregate finish.

Hi - I'm looking to get a quote and then for the work to be done for someone to come in and do some 3m by 3m formwork for the concrete slab and then be able to lay a concrete slab. The area has been 'cut out' / 'dug out' but needs to be compacted down and then the above work needs to be done. Happy to make myself available so you can come and have a look and provide a quote. Cheers Nathan
My patio moved in the 2016 earthquake and subsequently we had some new drains laid under the patio. I have endeavoured to even the pavers up but they now need a proper expert make over. The pavers are fine, it is a question of preparing the area relaying them and cementing. The area is about 4.5sqm plus a pathway which is about 8m in length. I also have a retaining wall which has a crack in it. It has been assessed and the integrity of the retaining wall is not compromised but it needs repai...

We have a concrete step that was previously covered in terracotta tiles but had to be dug up to fix a plumbing drainage issue. We can't match the tiles so are keen to get a reinforced concrete slab with exposed aggregate finish installed to match in with existing exposed aggregate concrete steps. Although only a section of the step was removed we would like the whole step to be in exposed aggregate concrete. We would like this job done asap.

Hi there, We have a 50 year old driveway that looks a bit sad. Our address is in Newlands, Wellington. We dont want to rip it up and replace it as it is 30m x 3m, sloping down from the road and curved. We were hoping that it is possible to tidy this up for future sale. We realise that it would never be perfect, but just want to improve from how it looks now, Regards Kevin
