Concrete slab for carpentry station

Hello, we’re looking for a hard surface to go underneath a kids carpentry station at Capital Montessori in Wellington. Work would need to be done during a school holiday period. We estimate the size of the area to be 3m x 1.5m. We received a quote for two options. Would like to get other bids. Construct 3m x 1.5m wooden decking platform with macrocarpa sleeper at the end to act as retaining. All soil to remain on site Construct a concrete pad 3mx1.5m with retaining at the end
