Small Concrete Job - Roughly 3m x 2.5m2

I'm looking at getting this small area roughly 3m x 2.5m2 concreted at a minimum of 800mmD. It currently has two LPG bottles sitting on two pavers but would need concreting underneath so the two LPG bottles sit back on top of the two pavers. There is a slight gradient which I don't mind concreted like this for water flow but the two LPG bottles would need to be sitting on flat concrete. The blue wooden edging will be kept in place. Is the job small enough to not require mesh for reinforcing?...
