Strip drain install in existing concrete

I have just recently had a builder's report done on my house as I was going to sell it, but it came back with high moisture readings in the external walls. One of the suggestions was to install strip drains in the concrete that surrounds two side of my house as it was installed incorrectly without a gap between my wall and the concrete. I am looking for a quote someone to come and install strip drains.
