We have a relatively new driveway (6mo), however, it gets stained pretty easily (grass clippings, tire marks etc) and annoyingly had an oil leak :( Ideally looking for an acid wash and a seal to help maintain it, or other options to help keep it tidy. Cheers!

Kitchen concrete grinding

I have removed tiles and some of the motar under the tiles. The floor now needs grinding to make level by removing the remaining motar. The floor will be cover with Vinyl Planks when finished so I don't think it need polishing. Floor area approx 6 sqm

Concrete cracking around bond beams

110 square meters brick house with cracks in concrete around much of the perimeter The concrete is covering the bond beams under the eaves. Maybe due to steel beams rusting and expanding due to moisture behind the concrete? Or seismic activity? I need a quote to have it fixed.

Concrete cut, removed and relaid

I need A concrete slab cut and removed and another section also removed but replaced in preparation for tiler. Area 1 - 1.8m x 1.9m removed ( edges to cut are 5.6m plus cutting into pieces, reinforced exposed aggregate , approx 10cm thick) Area 2 1.2m x 1.0m removed and replaced with reinforced concrete for tiler to use as a base IT must match the existing levels to fit tiles under the gate. Tidying Up Steps

Hi, I've had the stairs extended, and now there is a mix of the old steps and new concrete. We'd like to get these ground (I think ?) so they are smooth and consistent, then sealed/painted with a gray similar to what is on the left so it looks uniform. There's a couple of holes that look like they need filling also. Thanks !

HWC cupboard - needs concrete sealing - maybe 5-7 sqm

New photos added. 2 main areas are HWC Cupboard + Concrete outside HWC Cupboard. Garage also added since it can do with a revamp. HWC cupboard measurements: 3700 x 910 PLUS 2500 x 910 (under stairs) = 5.65 sqm. Concrete outside HWC: 1200 x 910. Garage 6800 x 3700.

Concrete clean up & seal - Lyall Bay

Concrete floor approx 40sqm. Has been ground back and sealed previously. Seal feels a bit sticky when direct sunlight on it and can feel slightly tacky underfoot. You can see from pics black rubber marks from castor wheels. I’d be keen to get a quote to strip this back or tidy up and seal with a decent coating or two.

Concrete Cracks

Gap has formed between the concrete patio and the house. the plastering has also pulled away on the wall of the house where the concrete patio has pulled away from the wall. Need a quote to fix this issue, plaster/fix the concrete wall of the lower level and fill the gaps.
